March 9, 2007 was declared "Samuel L. Jackson Day" in Shreveport by mayor Cedric Glover.
Are we totally milking the fact that our little city has a "holiday" named after the very same celebrity our famous burger shares a movie with? You bet.
More details will be announced as we get closer to the event, but expect a lot of Royale with Cheese's to be served in the theater as you watch Travolta and Jackson talk about the Royale with Cheese....on the big screen.
